This is a nice article from Healthcare weekly. The only problem with moving from country to country the way I do is the lack of steady benefits from employers. My work contracts are short-term, generally lasting from 1-3 years, which means Ive had to set up things like retirement accounts and global health insurance on my own. I consulted a financial planner to set up my retirement fund, and I make sure to contribute a substantial amount to my portfolio every month. That was relatively easy. Getting global health insurance, on the other hand, took a bit longer and involved a bit more legwork.
