If you intend on winning at roulette over the long term you need to do so without placing any large bets. Risking a lot of money is never a good idea with roulette because it's only a matter of time before you end up losing big. If you lose a lot of money it can be hard to recover from it and often it will lead to you chasing losses which causes further losses. There are a lot of systems out there that are supposed to help you win but most of them are not safe to use. Most of them require you to increase your bets each time you lose. The problem with these systems is that you always get to the stage were you've lost all of your money and you cannot continue to increase your bets.
